A year of markedly lower than average temperatures from March to September. 37 mm of rain were conducive to botrytisation. The first 2 passes were interrupted by 3 weeks of rain (127 mm). Despite the return of beautiful weather and efforts to pick until the 24th of November, sufficient potential alcohol was not attained with the last part of the crop.
