2015
Ideal weather in 2015 meant that Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon grapes ripened very early.
We picked Sauvignon Blanc quickly from the 25th to the 27th of August in order to retain its precious freshness.
Sémillon grapes reached ideal maturity the following week, with their skins just starting to be marbled by Botrytis cinerea.
They were harvested on the 3rd and 4th of September.
2015 Y: the perfect reflection of an excellent all-around, well-focused vintage.
